I currently serve on the UPTD STIF/ STAC committee and the Budget committee. In addition, I was previously a board member. Furthermore, I serve on 3 additional boards in Douglas County and 1 that supports the entire state.

What do you see as the current gaps in transportation service in the District?

Transportation is a huge part of community development. We need to ensure that as many members of the county are able to utilize the transportation district, as possible.

What should the District be doing to ensure compliance with public records and public input laws?

Transportation is a heavily regulated industry. UPTD must remain in compliance to be eligible for funding. This requires a team that knows the laws and ensures they meet all requirements, both employees of UPTD and the board serving them and the community.
