DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: If you could change one thing in the city’s development regulations, what would it be and why?
I’m still learning more about development regulations. One I am growing to become very in favor of is City Zoning. Like the HOO, ROO, and NMT4.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING: What will you do to help address the issues of affordable housing for everyone in the community?
With the way our city has been zoning the past few years I believe will help a lot with affordable housing in the immediate future. Atleast on the rental side.
TRAFFIC CONCERNS: What can be done to mitigate or change the traffic concerns in College Station?
I think building up in Northgate is gonna help a lot with traffic. Also with us having to now pay into county public transportation I believe we should focus on educating and encouraging people to use public transportation.
