Have you ever served as a Precinct Committeeman?
I was elected in 2022 as Precinct Committeewoman and have been an active volunteer for over three years. I also serve as the President of the North Idaho Pachyderm Club, a National Republican Organization with weekly meetings for our community to meet and engage in meaning discourse with local candidates and elected officials. Additionally, I was elected as Chairman of the KCRCC’s Outreach Committee, spearheading initiatives to connect with voters and advance the National Republican Committee’s Mission. I am also a proud member of both the Kootenai County Republican Women Federated and the NRA.
What do you think are the most important priorities as a Precinct Committeeman?
The most important priority is dedicating time. Our community deserves leaders who invest time to meet candidates and research potential impacts of levies, taxes, laws, and policies, and then respectfully share that information with our community by walking the precinct. I have walked our precinct every election for over three years now, including prior to being elected in 2022. I also love attending and facilitating dialogue at our monthly meetings. There is a stark contrast between liberal cities like Spokane and North Idaho’s homelessness and drug addiction, it is shaped by local & state policymakers. I am dedicated to sharing how policies wield considerable influence on our day-to-day existence.
How long have you been a voter in Kootenai County?
I spent much of my time growing up in Hayden. It instilled in me a profound sense of belonging and responsibility to give back to this community which helped shape me. Despite the challenges of relocating due to my husband's 10+ years of service in the Air Force, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to my small-town North Idaho roots. We were fortunate to move back here in 2019, North Idaho is where we always wanted to put down our roots as a family.
Is there anything else you would like to tell the voters?
I became active in local politics after meeting Sheriff Bob Norris in 2018. After joining his campaign team, I have since been a dedicated volunteer at countless Republican events. Most recently, it was my great honor to organize and run our 2024 Presidential Caucus for Precinct 315. I also previously served on the St Vincent de Paul Retail Board of Directors, I was a Foster Home for Companions Animal Shelter for over 8 years, and have been an active member of our local Chambers of Commerce for over 8 years. I am AGAINST forced masking and required vaccinations. I strongly SUPPORT conservative social policies which promote traditional families, and conservative minimal budgets for city, state, and national budgets. TRUMP 2024!
