I’ve been serving our community for over a decade, first as a teacher at Elwood Haynes Elementary, then as manager of the Kokomo Downtown Farmers’ Market, an organization I built from a very small grassroots market to a successful community asset. In 2022, I opened Radish Market & Cafe, an award-winning small local grocery and cafe to eliminate the food desert in downtown Kokomo while helping local farmers and entrepreneurs.
I’ve had the opportunity to get to know many Howard County residents from all walks of life. I have seen their struggles and triumphs and know the many challenges they face, and I’m ready to take on those challenges with the same grit, determination, and passion that have made me a successful community servant.
