1. What do you hope to accomplish if elected?

I want to be an advocate for citizens of Cassia, Minidoka and Oneida counties. I am for agriculture and small business and the people who work 9-5 to make our communities great. Personal property rights, water rights and lowering taxes will be important in sustaining Idaho's viability.

2. What experience has prepared you for this office?

I have been involved in my community. I am currently the precinct committeeman, Vice Chairman Cassia County Republican Central Commitee, and the Legislative District Chair for 27 B. I have worked on many resolutions in the Republican party and with Farm Bureau. I have a good understanding of the process to move legislation. I will roll up my sleeves and go to work.

3. What do you see as the most significant challenges Idaho faces that you might be able to address in this position?

Educating legislators from urban areas about farm issues in the state and how important agriculture is to the state's economy. The education of our children. I would like to bring back the basic's fundamentals of education: reading, writing, math, sciences and critical thinking. Educate all citizens about water and that it is the life blood of the state.

4. Would you support legislation to remove criminal liability for physicians and pregnant women experiencing life threatening pregnancy complications and allow for medical and family decisions regarding continuation of that pregnancy. Please explain your response.

Yes, I would support legislation to remove criminal liability. A physician needs to have the ability to make life saving decision about the mother's health without worrying about the liabilities when saving her life. Family decisions need to be respected.

5. What else would you like to tell the voters?

I am the right guy for the job because I am a fighter. I will fight for my constituents. I am a farmer, and I am used to working long hours and making decisions on the fly.
