I am a lifelong Maryland political campaign operative having run or assisted in running campaigns for democratic candidates most of my adult life. I am presently the statewide coordinator of the Maryland Biden Harris campaign and served as Montgomery County coordinator for the 2020 Biden campaign. I have held similar positions for candidates running for Congress, Governor, General Assembly and County Executive.

Joe Biden is a strong and compassionate leader with a vision for the future and a record of achievement. He led us through the covid pandemic and built our economy over the recovery period. The bipartisan infrastructure bill, low unemployment rate, climate change legislation and lowered prescription prices convince me that President Biden can bring the nation together and lead us to better times.

As a dedicated member of the Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee for District 14, I have a strong background in community engagement and advocacy. Through lobbying for special elections and reforming appointment processes, I have gained valuable insight into effective strategies for driving change. My experience as a union shop steward has honed my advocacy skills in advocating for workers' rights and social justice. I am committed to promoting transparency and fairness.

As an uncommitted Democratic delegate, I prioritize transparency, fairness, and grassroots involvement in the party. While I respect President Joe Biden and his policies, I believe delegates should reflect the electorate's broader interests. My selection criteria emphasize candidates who uphold democratic principles and value the voices of ordinary citizens. I advocate for a delegate selection process that truly represents the people's will and fosters democratic values.

As your State Senator, I've fought each and every day to crack down on gun violence, protect the right to choose, and address climate change. At the national level, President Biden is fighting for those same values. I'm honored to seek the nomination to the Democratic National Convention as a pledged Biden delegate.

1) Gun Violence: President Biden passed the strongest gun violence legislation in a generation. Now we must join him in the fight for universal background checks and an end to gun industry immunity.

I back Joe Biden's re-election due to his 1st term successes & focus on healthcare, immigration, climate change, and women's rights. His Inflation Reduction Act ha advanced healthcare and environmental protections. Under Biden, there's been significant job growth, reduced gun violence, and progress in criminal justice reform. His pledge to restore Roe v. Wade contrasts with Trump's judicial appointments. His climate policy is ambitious, emphasizing his commitment to democracy, contrasting Trump.

I currently serve as a political consultant, fundraiser, writer, and media presence for Democratic politics. I leverage my 19 years of federal government legal expertise, alongside political and policy work, to persuade voters. I am a national grassroots organizer, I founded Moms4HRC in 2016, and I co-founded Mamas4Kamala and JoeMamas in 2019/2020. Through these, I have trained thousands of women and teens to engage politically for Democrats. In 2016, I attended my first Democratic convention.

Since 2020, I've supported Biden-Harris. The U.S. is at a dangerous inflection point if the GOP prevails. Our democracy is at stake, along with our national security, the rule of law, the reproductive rights of women and the rights of the LGBTQ community, among others. The Biden-Harris admin restored the U.S. reputation on the global stage, and works to protect women's health options, reduce student debt, protect the environment, improve the economy, increase jobs, and invest in infrastructure.
