How have your training, professional experience, and interests prepared you to serve as a member of Congress?
I respect the dignity of every human being. As a career public servant, I have learned how to identify important public policy issues and listen to all viewpoints so I may represent these views to others. As a non-profit executive and advocate for people with disabilities and their families, I have learned to be a good advocate without being a lobbyist. As a member of Congress, I will represent ALL constituents of Alabama Congressional District1, especially Alabama working families, not just corporations and special interests.

Support the reduction of fossil fuels in our country.
In addition to sending out a newsletter, how do you plan to stay connected to your constituents once you are elected?
Plan and conduct regular (monthly or quarterly) town hall meetings in each of the nine counties of District 1.
What is your top economic priority? Please explain your reasoning and outline how you would address this issue.
Increasing the national minimum wage so that Alabama workers do not have to work two or more jobs to support their families.
List your top 3 criteria for the United States' continuing military involvement and presence in other regions of the world. In what areas (infrastructure improvements, tourism, etc.) would you seek federal dollars to benefit your District?
Continued military support of America's allies around the world,
Funding for increases in military pay and benefits, as well as base infrastructure improvements.
