Vision: What would you like to accomplish as Constable??

Continue to Preserve, Protect, and Defend the constitution of the United States by enforcing laws, civil procedure, and the rights of citizens.

Prioritize and streamline the civil process through consistency in routines (Structure).

Regular community involvement (Schools, Businesses, and Programs), keeping the community safe.

Continued Task Force Officer "TFO" Involvement with Homeland Security Investigations - Human Trafficking section.

Efficiency: What will you do to ensure that the Constable’s office is run efficiently and effectively?

By being in the office every day to offer leadership and guidance on the daily operations, moving us towards our common goal.

Attending all Commissioner's meetings and being fiscally responsible to the citizens through transparency and ethical behavior.

I would provide cohesiveness between local law enforcement and other Constable Offices, which needs to be improved. I want to build a great relationship with additional offices throughout the county.

Growth: As the county continues to grow, how would you address this office’s increased workload? ?

1. Consider criminal and civil priorities, in terms of managing their workload. 2. Understanding your office's abilities and manpower limitations. 3. Develop an organizational strategy for increased workload. 4. Increase personnel, sworn and non-sworn employees based on workload through the budget process.

Other Issues: What other issues do you believe will be most pressing for the county Constables, and how would you address them?

Trust and Community Relations - Building and maintaining trust between police and the community can be challenging due to historical issues, incidents of misconduct, and perceptions of bias.

Starts by having an ethical, transparent office through community involvement in your your office.

Being involved with the community through meetings and partnerships will help establish a positive relationship that is critical to being an effective and efficient department.
