What draws you at this time to run for this position?

I'm proud to be currently serving as the supervisor for District 13 and very much enjoy the opportunity to represent my constituents and advocate for the needs of all county residents.

What resources would you like to see at the county level that would benefit your district?

Our district would benefit from continued economic development to expand commerce on the south side. Continued focus on resources to address our community's ever growing unsheltered population would also benefit all county residents.

What in your opinion are the top two issues facing La Crosse County?

Of utmost concern to La Crosse County is our unsheltered population as well as a need for continued focus on roads and infrastructure.

How would you most effectively address the issues you identified in the previous question?

The combined city/county plan to end homelessness has effectively evaluated and prioritized the steps to addressing homelessness starting with ending encampments and building an efficient structure to address individual residents' unique situation as they fall into homelessness. Our next step is to follow through with the plan, effectively ending homelessness as we now see it. As for roads and infrastructure, the county board approved a record amount of funding for roads spending in 2024 to continue repairing and replacing our county highways and bridges.
