The Learning Community can help partners overcome ongoing learning and well-being deficits by continuing to foster collaboration and sharing resources, implementing evidence based interventions, providing professional development opportunities, promoting parental involvement, and continuously monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
How can the LCC use its Future Teacher Preparation programming to increase teacher retention?
The Learning Community uses its Future Teacher Prep programming to grow a pipeline of teachers who are highly-skilled. We ensure that the student teachers have a positive experiences early in their careers because survey says that if they have positive impact early that will ensure that they will have longevity in their careers.
