1. What do you hope to accomplish if elected?

My desire is to be a thoughtful legislator who reads bills and is a trusted voice of reason. I want to get back to addressing the real issues in our state and get away from legislation that seeks to be a distraction.

2. What experience has prepared you for this office?

I am a lifelong Republican and have held many positions within the Party including Precinct Committeeman, Canyon County Youth Chair, District 11 Chair, and Secretary. I also sit on the board of various non-profits. I am deeply connected to my community and believe I have a good understanding off what my district needs. My work history includes volunteer firefighter, many years in law enforcement as a dispatcher and jail deputy, and I currently am a business manager of our family's small business.

3. What do you see as the most significant challenges Idaho faces that you might be able to address in this position?

Our state needs legislators who can disagree better. There is a movement that I feel is divisive and paints people as an enemy if they do not agree with their view 100% of the time. With my election, the state will have a voice that is willing to listen to all points of view and make decisions based on facts and what my constituents desire. I am a well-reasoned person and truly desire to listen to the people.

4. Would you support legislation to remove criminal liability for physicians and pregnant women experiencing life threatening pregnancy complications and allow for medical and family decisions regarding continuation of that pregnancy. Please explain your response.

Idaho already has passed legislation that protects physicians from criminal prosecution for treating a woman who needs lifesaving procedures regarding pregnancy. I feel that there are some loud voices who have physicians concerned about prosecution, and this is why we are seeing an influx of physicians leaving the state. I will be a voice who supports the experts in the field and won't be looking to conduct witch-hunts to prosecute those who are honestly performing their duties within their scope of practice.

5. What else would you like to tell the voters?

I am a traditional Conservative Republican who is pro-life, I support the Second Amendment, our veterans, and back the Blue.
