Why do you want to be a Town of Cedarburg Supervisor and what qualifications and experience make you the best candidate?
My wife and have lived in Cedarburg for 3 years and never met our supervisor. We're a mix-raced family with two daughters, and given the political environment I want Cedarburg to be a place for everyone. Everyone should feel safe. I have worked in politics on the East coast including interning on Capitol Hill in DC. I also have my Masters degree from Johns Hopkins in government and global securities studies.
What are the most important issues facing the Town of Cedarburg and how will you address them?
The most important issue is the 911 referendum. The town for years has lost volunteer support, and now we're seeing long response times. The town should have never gotten to this position, but here we are. The town should have taken action long before this, and if I'm elected I will be a leader of action, addressing problems as they come up, rather than waiting until the towns people have to decide.
How will you keep your constituents informed of the issues and actions of the Cedarburg Town Board?
I will always be available via phone, email, and plan on holding regular hours at different establishments in the town and city of Cedarburg
