Personal Biography I am a wife and mother of 3 children. I own and work at a digital marketing business with my husband, . I am passionate about public education and giving back to my community.
Education BS In English from Emporia State University
Community/Public Service I was on the the PTO of my children's elementary school. I served in many roles in including Fundraising Chair and President. I have also helped fundraise for my children's middle school and high school football. I have volunteered as a school of religion aid for my church for many years as well as served on the mom's council. I currently am on school board and the president of the neighborhood HOA.

What would be your top three priorities if elected?

My top three priorities are:

1. To ensure every child has access to a high-quality, well-rounded education in a safe and inclusive environment.

2. To continue to lead with transparency and fiscal responsibility.

3. To make sure the wonderful progress at USD 232 continues as we prepare our students for their future success!

What skills, expertise, experience, or competencies qualify you for this position?

I am guided by principles of practical wisdom, sound reasoning, and genuine care for others. In volunteering I have collaborated with teachers, staff, students, parents and the community during my many hours of volunteering.

What do you believe are the core responsibilities for someone elected to this office?

I believe you need a passion for public education and public educators. You must possess a willingness to listen to all sides of an issue and make an informed decision. The most important thing you need is to always keep in mind who you are making decisions for -the students!
