I'm a software engineer with a background in secure, scalable systems and a deep respect for good governance. As Council President and Vice Chair of Finance & Administration, I've helped lead efforts to improve multimodal transportation, attract high quality development, and manage the city's finances responsibly. I bring a thoughtful, analytical approach to tough problems.

City Council directly shapes how our neighborhoods function and feel. From zoning to sidewalks to the city budget, the choices we make affect people every day more than many other layers of government. In a built out city like Mission, where land use and reinvestment matter more than ever, this role is key to setting long term direction. Councilmembers also serve as a direct line between residents and city government, listening, responding, and making sure policy reflects real community needs.
