Medicaid Expansion
Expanding Medicaid would give more than 150,000 Kansans access to affordable healthcare, strengthen rural hospitals, support mental health services, and help working families stay healthy and financially secure.
Public Education Funding
Every child in Kansas deserves access to a strong public education and every teacher deserves the resources to help students succeed. I support fully funding public schools so classrooms.
Protect Abortion Rights
I will defend reproductive freedom and oppose efforts by extremists in the legislature to restrict access to abortion and other reproductive healthcare services.
How would you make it easier for Kansas citizens to follow bills as they flow through the legislature? What, if any, changes would you propose in the “Gut and Go” process?
Bills, and the public, are benefitted by legislation being heard in committee and vetted publicly. I will continue to support fully vetting legislation through hearings and public debate.

Access to the ballot is foundational to our democracy, and must be protected and made easy.
