2. What do you see as the top two issues facing this office and how do you plan to address these issues?

1.Youth Development We need to enhance Raleigh/Frayser=District 1 area and strengthen the ability of the organizations that are currently in place and those interested in coming to the area would be able to better serve the Youth. We need to identify the unmet needs of the children in this area and then tend to those needs by investing in programs and organizations with missions that identify those needs.

2.Economic Development Fight for Fifteen. We need to give Memphians a livable wage by bringing up Minimum Wage to at least $15.00. Moreover, I am a strong believer that Memphis needs to attract Fortune 500 companies into Memphis and develop a workforce that is trained to handle such positions which means investing in workforce development and ensure we are efficient and proficient with the funds we put into organizations.

3. How do you plan to involve citizens in the decision making process of this office?

As we are in the 21st century more people are connected through technology. I plan on using technological advances to permit free 24/7 access to me that does not require a single penny from Memphis's budget. I want to hear what people think about the decisions that will impact Memphis and generations to come. I would also like to form a Citizens Ambassador program that promotes community engagement that will be beneficial to the City of Memphis.
