1. The City Court Clerk office is too quiet. That leads me to believe that complacency is present. The first issue I would deal with is Customer Compliance. Complacency can be a sore thumb for customers. To have everyone on one accord, We would have Customer Compliance Training, so we would ensure the best customer service an office could offer.
2. The office needs a customer service project to get our citizen more involved. We will do this with the Child Passenger Safety Initiative. The initiative will assist Parents and Caregivers on how to properly install the children in carseats. The initiative will also assist with solidarity between our officers and citizens. The officers will pass out literature about, child passenger safety to our citizen along with the ticket citations.
