Responsibilities of The Kellogg Community College Board of Trustees include:Policy-making - The board makes decisions that keep the college financially stable and create partnerships with the communities it serves.Student success- The board works to create learning experiences that help students become successful and employable.Equity, diversity, and inclusion- The board works to build capacity for equity among students and employees, and to provide a supportive environment for marginalized individuals.Input from others- The board considers input from the president, administration, staff, and community when making decisions.Checks and balances- The board has put checks and balances in place to ensure the president is accountable.
