While I have not served as a judge before, I believe judicial experience is only one part of what makes a good Town Justice. Fairness, integrity, impartiality, and a willingness to listen are equally important. I understand the seriousness of this position and how my decisions can directly affect people's lives, families, and futures. I am committed to following proper procedures, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and making decisions based on the facts and the law, not personal opinions or outside influences. I would approach this role with humility, preparation, and a commitment to learning, knowing that every decision carries responsibility and consequences. My goal is to earn the community's trust by serving fairly, consistently, and respectfully.
I am proud to be a candidate for Greenfield Town Justice and welcome the opportunity to serve our community. My experience as a New York State Investigator, Associate Attorney, Attorney Team Leader, and Attorney Manager has strengthened my investigative, legal, leadership, and advocacy skills. Throughout my career, I have developed the ability to evaluate facts, listen carefully, communicate effectively, and exercise sound judgment. I believe these experiences have prepared me to serve with fairness, impartiality, integrity, and respect. I understand that judicial decisions affect people's lives, families, and futures, and I am committed to applying the law consistently and responsibly. Serving Greenfield would be an honor and a privilege.
I am seeking the position of Greenfield Town Justice because I care deeply about our community and want to make a meaningful contribution. My 25 years of legal experience, including investigative work, trial experience, negotiation, advocacy, and leadership, have taught me the importance of careful judgment, fairness, and accountability. I believe everyone who enters our court deserves to be heard, treated with respect, and afforded an impartial application of the law. I recognize that judicial decisions can profoundly affect lives and families. I am running not for personal recognition, but to serve my neighbors, uphold the integrity of our court, and earn the trust of the Greenfield community.
