Campaign Message We deserve reasonable government.
I have experience on various committees in which I represent the City of Montrose. I have been on the Genesee Metro which was the committee that endorsed the grant to fix Feher Dr. I am a team player and will work with people for the improvement of the City of Montrose. I believe that I should find out what the residents of the City of Montrose want and make it happen. Other committees I am on is the Small Cities and Genesee Allocation Committee. Being on these committees can make us aware of additional grants.
I am working with the Genesee Metro to have Hickory St. reclassify as a Minor Collector. With this reclassification Hickory St. will qualify for grants so we can make repairs to Hickory St.
I try to be out and about in the community and talk to residents to find out what their concerns are. I explain to them to the best of my ability what can and cannot be done.
Yes, I do! I am running for City Council Member for the City of Montrose. With that, it is my job to be ethical and if conflicts arise to address the conflict ethically.
As I mentioned earlier that one of my jobs as a City Counsil Member is to find out what Citizens of Montrose want and to make it happen. In the various committees that I am on, I work with these committees, as an active member on these committees and represent the City of Montrose in the best light.
