US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES DISTRICT 08

Each state receives representation in the US House of Representatives in proportion to the size of its population but is entitled to at least one representative. Starting in 2024, NC has 14 members of the US House; the NC State Legislature changed the district boundaries in October, 2025. I bring a pastor’s commitment to listening and serving, along with experience representing North Carolina’s 8th District in Congress. My work on the Judiciary, Agriculture, and Education and Workforce committees has put me directly in the discussions that matter to our district. I know a vote in Washington affects real families back home. I will keep hearing from constituents, doing the work, and standing firm on the commitments I made to them.
My top priority in a new term would be lowering costs for working families. Congress needs to get federal spending under control, protect the money families earn, and remove regulations that drive up the price of energy, food, and housing. I will fight for more American energy production and a tax and regulatory climate that lets North Carolina’s farmers and small businesses grow. Families should be able to get ahead through hard work without Washington making everything more expensive.
Families need relief they can feel in their budgets and opportunities they can see in their communities. I will work to restrain federal spending, keep taxes low, cut regulations that raise costs, and expand American energy production. I will also fight for policies that help North Carolina farmers and small businesses grow and hire. A strong economy starts with the people who work, build, and take risks every day.
I listen to constituents across the district, treat colleagues with respect, and work with anyone willing to solve a real problem.
We should be responsible stewards of the land and water we pass on to our children while keeping energy affordable and farmers able to produce. I support practical conservation and innovation developed with the people affected, including North Carolina farmers, rather than costly mandates from Washington. I will also support American energy production so families and businesses have reliable, affordable power.

Position/philosophy statement I believe in prosperity for all. I want to put a stop to institutional investors driving up the price of homes, fund the education system so our children have a bright future, and build a healthcare system that meets the needs of everyone.

I run a small business that has at one point employed over 70 employees at once. I built it from the ground up and I know how to manage the needs of many different people from different backgrounds and keep everything running smoothly. I also believe that elected officials should have strong values, and I'm proud to say that I have developed an unyielding sense of justice and I will work to see these values reflected in our government.
I’m passionate about restoring integrity to our democracy and ending the corrupting influence of money in politics. I believe government should serve people, not corporations or special interests. I care deeply about rebuilding the middle class, addressing the cost-of-living crisis, and ensuring every working family can live with dignity. I’m also committed to investing in education, healthcare, and infrastructure, when we strengthen our communities, we strengthen the nation as a whole.
Wages haven’t kept up with rent, groceries, or healthcare. I’ll raise the minimum wage to keep pace with inflation, cut taxes for working families while closing loopholes like carried interest for hedge funds, and protect Social Security. I’ll back Medicare for All to lower out-of-pocket costs, build affordable starter homes, support small businesses with loans and tax credits, and ensure farmers and workers can thrive.
I’ll start by refusing corporate PAC money and pushing for full transparency in campaign funding so voters know who influences their politicians. I support banning stock trading by members of Congress, closing the revolving door with lobbying bans, and establishing term limits. I’ll work across the aisle on issues like housing costs, veterans’ care, and protecting Social Security, and fight gerrymandering so voters choose their leaders, not the other way around.
I’ll protect clean drinking water, defend national parks from privatization, and hold polluters accountable when they harm North Carolina’s land and communities. I also support stronger antitrust enforcement in energy markets and investment in public transit to cut emissions and ease traffic.
Public service should be about delivering for working people, not protecting corporate interests. I’m running to lower everyday costs, protect your rights, and restore trust in government by rejecting corporate PAC money and putting transparency first. I want to strengthen our infrastructure, make owning a home an achievable goal for every American, reduce the cost of healthcare, and raise wages, but I have one main goal, and that's to make government work for the people who work hard every day to make this country great.
Position/philosophy statement Power to the people. All of them. And down with the Epstein class.

I know what it’s like to work normal jobs. I know what it's like to struggle to pay rent. I have been a custodian. A delivery driver. A truck driver. A manual laborer loading tractor trailers by hand. I have operated in life threatening situations in chalk mines and chemical plants. I have lead people in situations where the slightest mistake meant death or serious injury. I can work under pressure and know what it's like to do an 80 hour work week. I can handle anything that gets in my way. And I will do whatever it takes to fix a problem. I'm your neighbor.
Making sure every single person involved in child trafficking, slavery, and genocide is arrested and thrown in prison forever. Including but not limited to elected officials, military personnel, CEOs, law enforcement agents, and judges. There are 50 million people living in slavery on this planet. It's time for liberation.
$25 minimum wage. Safeguards against automation so workers are protected. Universal unionization, and the eventual seizure of all major industries so they can be owned and operated by employees. All non luxury housing such as apartments, mobile homes, and small to mid-sized houses should have rent capped at 15% household income.
Considering that most people in the legislature are complicit or fully involved in child trafficking, slavery, genocide, and insider trading I don't think there is any room for cooperation. I will fight to make sure everyone involved in these crimes is exposed and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I believe most of our government officials should serve a life sentence at minimum. I will be the most polarizing figure in American history of elected. I have no desire to work with a bunch of rapists and murders. They need to be arrested. Period.
I will push for renewable energy such as wind and solar as well as the strengthening and expansion of electric vehicle charging stations. I will also fight to end the use of toxic chemicals in our food.
For generations our nation has been ruled by a duopoly. Two seemingly opposing parties that maintain power through manipulation, oppression, propaganda, and the appearance of opposition to one another. These parties go by the name of Democrat and Republican. But what they are in reality are domestic terrorist organizations who steal your money, and murder millions of people around the world. War after endless war. Exploitation of the working class. Literal enslavement of peoples. The formation of the KKK. Over 100 years of oppressive Jim Crowe laws. Political assassinations. Experimentation on the public. Denial of basic human rights. Economic fallout, And the worst health crisis that the world has ever seen. Every last one of these things has been done under the rule of both parties. They must be held accountable. We need a revolution.
