CITY OF HAVELOCK MAYOR

The City of Havelock operates under the Council-Manager form of government. Its governing board consists of a Mayor and five Commissioners. The Mayor presides over Board meetings, serves as the City’s ceremonial head and official spokesperson, and votes only in the event of a tie.The Mayor is elected at large in a nonpartisan election for a four-year term.
