The City Attorney prosecutes misdemeanors in the city limits, advises the city council on legal issues, and helps protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens.
I have been a licensed attorney with a thriving solo practice for several years. I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Conway County Bar Association, which I serve as President.
I want to offer more legal resources for the community on an office webpage, to help citizens be better informed and to protect them from scams.
