Dorchester County School Board, District 44
Dorchester School District Four Board of Trustees consists of five elected members from single-member districts. School board members serve a four-year term. Districts 1, 2, and 3 serve during the same 4-year term. Districts 4 and 5 serve during the same 4-year term. School board members determine the vision and goals for the district. They adopt policies that give the district direction to set priorities and achieve its goals. What are the most pressing challenges facing the Dorcester County School District, and what would you do to address them?
School board decisions can reflect differing viewpoints among members. Please describe an experience in which you worked collaboratively with colleagues who held different perspectives to reach a solution.
What steps would you take to ensure that all students—including immigrant and mixed-status students—feel safe, supported, and able to succeed in their schools?
As Dorchester County continues to grow, the county should prioritize ensuring that adequate school capacity and infrastructure are in place before approving or accommodating additional residential growth.

I serve because of my compassion help children learn in a safe and healthy environment. And to provide them with means of further education. My skills and experience that make me qualify to serve are 1 i have compassion for all children learning and 2 i have compassion for DD4. 20 plus with working children prepare for further learning.
DD4 a fair amount of funding for more schools and academic improvement. Partnership with our local companies.
