Healthcare should be affordable and accessible for everyone - I will fight for universal healthcare. I will fight to repeal Medicaid cuts that threaten rural hospitals and nursing homes and extend ACA subsidies to keep coverage affordable. I support a strong public option so everyone can see a doctor without worrying about the bill. We must lower prescription drug costs by allowing Medicare to negotiate prices, require transparency in healthcare pricing, and reform insurance companies that deny needed care. Finally, I will fully fund the VA, end harmful staffing cuts, and ensure veterans receive the timely, quality care they earned.
I am running on an Affordable LIFE. I oppose policies that cause gas and food prices to skyrocket. For jobs, I support investments in small businesses, protecting the right to organize (PRO Act), and investing in apprenticeship and workforce training programs. To address affordability, I support universal healthcare, lowering prescription drug costs, increase the supply of affordable housing, reduce childcare expenses, and protect Social Security and Medicare. I will also support tax policies that reward work rather than wealth, ensuring working families—not billionaires and large corporations—benefit from economic growth.
Michigan needs an energy strategy that is reliable, affordable, and responsible. I support an all-of-the-above approach that includes renewables and existing energy sources while modernizing our electric grid and expanding domestic energy production. We must lower utility costs for families, invest in energy efficiency, and strengthen infrastructure. At the same time, we must protect the Great Lakes, support responsible environmental stewardship, and create good-paying jobs in clean energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure so Michigan can lead in both economic growth and environmental protection.
The Constitution protects fundamental rights, including due process, free speech, and protection from unreasonable searches and seizures. These rights are essential to our democracy and must be upheld. I support secure borders, an orderly immigration system, and enforcement of our laws, but I also believe government must follow the Constitution. No one should be denied due process or have their rights violated by government action. I support comprehensive immigration reform that strengthens border security, modernizes legal immigration pathways, and ensures fair, efficient, and lawful procedures.

The current administration has uncovered, tremendous waste that most Americans knew existed. More of that will be done! I believe that access to healthcare has made great strides as I can attest to with the many special needs individuals I have assisted over the years. Regarding quality, I draw upon my nearly half a century of experience as quality speaks to my heart string. . Quality comes with pride and higher expectations. Increased expectations roots out poorly run operations etc. When healthcare lacks quality we will encourage that quality improve and should it not we will expose it resulting in the public and competitors taking action.
Hourly wages and the like I am proud to say are great here in Michigan. Michiganders take pride in their work and with increased efficiency/production I would encourage those companies to advance sales by competitive prices in their respective industry. Foreign competition has been put in its place with across the board taxation, which levels profit opportunities for Michigan businesses now. Everything is now in place for this turn with lower prices to follow by my administration and such direction as we have seen over the last two years.
I would promote a more recognized/Competitive market of utility providers. Following my families attempt to utilize a secondary utility company( which many Michiganders are not aware exists) I found rates were higher and thusly, returned to my major utility provider. Smaller entities should be able to be competitive. I am certain I am not alone and under my administration, I would make sure that these secondary utility providers were actively participating and thusly major utility providers, recognizing this would adjust their rates to retain their customer base.
I am a candidate with a Taxpayer constitution party! There lies the answer to your questions because for too long America has drifted away from the foundations of the declaration of independence the constitution and the Bill of Rights in these matters. We must and will restore the American system and straighten out a lost nation…a nation faithful to the wisdom of government that make America 🇺🇸 the envy of the world and obedient to God for her love for legal immigrants like my grandparents. For too long, those who would want to destroy this great nation have been left to do their wayward will. This will end.
Occupation / Current Position
Nonprofit Executive Director
Education
No formal educational credential is required to serve the U.S. House of Representatives. Public leadership should be evaluated by a person’s knowledge, judgment, lived experience, & service.
Qualifications and Experience
My qualifications come from years of working directly with people, communities, and systems shaping everyday life. I'm a nonprofit founder, leader, mediator, educator, life doula, community developer.
I support universal healthcare. Our current heavily privatized healthcare structure fails at serving the best interests of the public. Access to care is often shaped by employment, insurance status, geography, cost, and ability to navigate complex systems, instead of medical need. In Congress, I'll support access to comprehensive universal coverage, addressing immediate concerns such as Rx costs, medical debt, maternal health, mental health services, rural healthcare access, preventive care, and provider shortages. Health policy extends to housing, nutrition, transportation, environmental conditions, education, stress, and more.
America’s promise of upward mobility - the American Dream has been deterred.
The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted education, employment, family stability, small businesses, and community institutions in ways that are still tangible. At the same time, years of underinvestment in education have placed enormous pressure on teachers, administrators, students, and families.
We're now entering another period of major economic change as ai and automation reshape the workplace. This tech creates great opportunities, but they also change which skills are valuable and which jobs are available. I support Universal basic income to provide economic stability.
Sustainability should be central to energy policy. I believe we can create a healthy partnership between public investment and private innovation.
Essential energy infrastructure should operate in public interest. Taxpayers finance grid modernization, renewable-energy development, storage, and other major infrastructure. So, the public should share in the long-term value those investments create.
Also, as innovation often grows through competition, research, entrepreneurship, and experimentation. I support healthy competition of private companies (co-ops, universities, researchers, businesses) to provide water, solar, wind, and storage tech.
I believe constitutional principles such as due process, freedom of speech and association, and protection from unreasonable searches and seizures are fundamental safeguards against government overreach.
Immigration status should not eliminate a person’s basic right to fair treatment under the law. I support immigration policies that are orderly, humane, and consistent with constitutional protections and due process.
I support reforms that improve the efficiency/fairness of the immigration system, ensure access to fair legal proceedings, protect families/children from unnecessary harm, mandating law enforcement and immigration accountability.

Universal health care for all residents regardless of citizenship is a basic human right. Health care including reproductive health should be accessible and affordable to everyone regardless of economic class. Put a stop to the closure of rural hospitals and hospitals in underserved urban areas. Take the profit motive out of health care and provide good quality care to all who need it.
There is plenty of money in the United States to meet peoples' basic needs for safe, affordable housing, clean food and water, health care, education for adults and children. The wealth gap is growing larger between the wealthiest 1% and everyone else. Corporate profits are through the roof while workers' earning power keeps dropping due to inflation and high tariffs (a tax) put on basically everything and inadequate wages. Wages are not keeping up with the increases in food, gas, electricity, rent, medicine, clothing. This is the result of capitalism and exploitation of the working class. We need to different system that serves everyone.
Protecting the environment and conserving natural resources are not priorities for the capitalists. Grabbing larger profits is. AI data centers built in rural areas without local approval. Lack of transparency in the process. Big tech companies receive state taxpayer money to build despite local opposition. Data centers use acres of land, strain the water supply and electrical grid. The working class pays the price.
Wars cause environmental devastation. Pollution from oil and chemical spills, bombs causing death, destroying houses, hospitals, schools, water and power plants, work places. Stop the wars and the destruction of the planet.
Immigration policies are barbaric, inhumane, racist and cruel.Tactics used instill fear in the entire population. Human rights violations against one group violates every ones' rights. Citizens and non citizens are rounded up, jailed in makeshift, overcrowded facilities. Some are sent to jail in another country. Cruelty is the point. No due process.Innocent people are being murdered in U.S. cities for speaking out against injustice. The ruling class uses the system to divide working people. Immigrant vs native born, white vs brown and black, male vs female. A united working class can create a rational, humane immigration system.

I support universal healthcare that guarantees every American access to quality care regardless of income, employment, or location. In Congress, I would work to lower prescription drug prices, expand Medicare’s ability to negotiate costs, strengthen rural hospitals and clinics, invest in primary and preventive care, and reduce administrative waste. Our goal should be simple: no one should avoid a doctor, ration medication, or face financial ruin because they got sick.
I support raising the federal minimum wage, strengthening workers’ ability to organize, and investing in good-paying jobs through infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and skilled trades. Affordability also means lowering the costs people face every day. I would work to expand housing supply, reduce healthcare and prescription drug costs, lower energy costs, and promote competition so families are not squeezed by monopolies or unnecessary fees. A strong economy should reward work and make a decent life achievable.
I support an all-of-the-above energy strategy focused on reliability, affordability, and long-term independence. That means modernizing the grid, expanding renewable energy and storage, supporting nuclear where appropriate, and investing in new technologies that can lower costs. We should protect Michigan’s air, water, forests, and Great Lakes while making sure the transition to cleaner energy does not leave families with higher bills. Good energy policy should make our system cleaner, stronger, and cheaper.
I believe due process and constitutional protections should apply to every person in our communities, regardless of citizenship status. I oppose warrantless searches, indefinite detention, and enforcement practices that ignore basic rights or rely on fear and intimidation. I support a more orderly and humane immigration system with faster legal processing, adequate immigration court resources, and a realistic path to citizenship for people who have built lives here and followed the law.
