I am a mother to a South Lake student and passionate about children's right to an equitable public education. As my son will soon move on to middle school, I want to see all of his friends stay with the district, which seems to be a problem worth addressing.
I want to see South Lake retain students as they transition to Middle School and High School. There is something that is making SL families move their children to other schools, and we need to address this and fix it.
