Our district will need to make decisions on existing solar panels at the two school locations . I am a retired chemical engineer with experience in energy and pollution control. My expertise in engineering designs and project management can assist the district in these upcoming decisions and contract negotiations
I have served 4 years on the Chester School Board Elected to serve out one unexpired term plus an elected 3 year term ending this December . In addition I have enjoyed a 34 year career in industry selling, designing and installing air and water pollution control equipment globally.
