The Green Brook Township Committee is the governing body of the municipality and is comprised of five elected officials. They establish the laws and policies for the Township. An elected Green Brook Township Committee member serves a three year term.At a reorganization meeting, held each year within the first week of January, the Committee elects a Mayor and a Deputy Mayor for that year from among its members.
