Personal BiographyNorbert Marek is a 1990 graduate of Kansas State University (History B.S.) and a 1995 graduate of the Washburn University School of Law. He was appointed District Judge in the Second Judicial District for Jackson County in 2015. Prior to his judicial appointment he served as Wabaunsee County Attorney, as municipal attorney for twelve municipalities located in Pottawatomie, Riley, Marshall, Wabaunsee and Nemaha Counties and as a council member for the City of Westmoreland.
