They also issue many different licenses and registrations and provide official, certified copies of Kendall County vital records.The Kendall County Recorder's office is located at 502 S Main St in Yorkville. The County Recorder records all land transaction documents including liens, mortgages and deeds. The Recorder's research area is open each weekday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. They stop recording plats at 3:00 pm and documents at 4:00 pm.Total Compensation: base salary $116,460 (source: https://www.kendallcountyil.gov/transparency/salary-benefits)
