As a manager of Gravel Pits I interact with Livingston, Tioga, Steuben, Madison, Chemung, Tomkins, and Delaware to work together to produce aggregate material to be approved and used in road and bridge construction, walking trail construction, sewer, septic and athletic fields and landfills. I understand the fundamentals of construction and how towns, villages and counties can maximize highway budget dollars.
For our local government to be transparent, and efficient. And stop wasting tax payer money. I do not like seeing burned out buildings all over. I am not sure what I can do about it yet, but our towns and villages have to look attractive to outside investors. Property has to be generating tax revenue, I will work on identifying properties that are off the tax roles, and get them on the tax roles. Everyone has to pay their fare share.
