I want Michigan to fund students, not bureaucracy; empower parents, not government; and respect teachers enough to give them the tools and freedom to teach.

Quality — put parents and students first. Competition and choice can encourage schools to improve rather than assuming that every student must fit the same system.

Funding — spend smarter, not simply more. I would favor directing more resources toward classrooms, teachers, literacy, math, special education, vocational and technology, while reducing unnecessary administrative spending.

Standardized testing - Use testing as an accountability tool and not the definition of education.
Easier for people to work, earn, build, and keep more of what they earn. I support lowering taxes, reducing unnecessary regulations and occupational licensing, and cutting government waste that drives up costs.

Expand skilled trades, apprenticeships, career education, and small-business opportunities, while reducing barriers that make housing more expensive.

Create environment where businesses can grow and workers have more opportunities to earn higher wages—not pick winners and losers.

Goal: lower the cost of living, protect property rights, support workers and small businesses, and give Michigan families more families more freedom.
Michigan needs reliable, affordable energy while protecting our environment. I support energy diversity, innovation, competition, and fewer unnecessary regulations that increase costs. Companies should be accountable for proven pollution and environmental damage.

Energy policy should prioritize reliability, affordability, consumer choice, property rights, and responsible environmental stewardship—not political mandates.
I believe constitutional rights apply to everyone, including noncitizens. Michigan should protect due process, First Amendment freedoms, and Fourth Amendment protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.

Immigration laws should be enforced lawfully, while state and local governments focus on public safety.

Enforce the law, protect our communities, and defend the Constitution.
