Recruiting and retaining officers whi want to come to rural ND.
We have an adequate budget. We are up-to-date with technology and known foresee any over expenditures in the near future.
Been in law-enforcement for 28 years and know what works and what doesn’t. I am a mentor. I want people to succeed in their life in careers and be proud of who they are.
We have a great working relationship with our community. The sheriffs department does not say no whenever we are asked. We attend community functions and are a vital part of our community.
