Improve infrastructure for cities and towns (rural and urban).
Support above adequate funding for public K-12 education.
Support funding for law enforcement with the latest technology.
Support rights for women to make their decisions regarding health.
Restore affordable healthcare to the elderly and others in need of it.
It is important to protect our natural resources and the environment they present to us as humans and the ecosystems that is best for them. I favor protected habitats over the paving of asphalt. The SCDNR does superb work in its analysis of our environment. There are times when willingness to compromise prevails.
I would support any legislation that provides healthcare to South Carolinians of all ages. I have worked in social services and education. I have identified the importance of support services to individuals and families that deals with matters and concerns to live a happier and healthy life. I would initiate or join other like-minded legislators to present bills that provides the best to our citizens. I view my role as a representative of the people, and it is their interest that will motivate me daily in my allegiance to the state.
