Fairness, respectfulness, and efficiency are three very important attributes.
I have served as a district court judge since 2021. For several years before then, I was an assistant state’s attorney. Each position involved significant work in the courtroom - from short hearings to jury trials.
As a judge, my duty is to abide by existing law.
Access can be improved by continuing to refine: technology, the rural justice program, and the ND Supreme Court’s web-based self-help center.
