Equitable school funding - will vote for a budget that makes education funding fairer across the commonwealth and complies with the directive handed down by the courts demanding the legislature to provide equal funding for our public schools. Housing availability and access - assure landlords are not pricing tenants into homelessness; continue to help our seniors stay in their homes through lowering/eliminating unfair taxes; work with realtor associations to find ways to encourage homeownership by young families. Minimum wage increase - we can no longer afford to ask people to work for $7.25 when every state that touches Pa has increased their min wage. No one working 40 hrs a week should have need state subsidies.
Make sure that any proposed legislation to disenfranchise voters is defeated. Encourage legislation that provides for greater protections at the polls and allows voting by mail with increased ballot box availability.
Not sure if making changes to the process would make things any different. The people making the decisions (at the negotiating table) should sacrifice receiving timely paychecks to decrease politically motivated delays.
Yes, I believe it is the responsibility of the legislature to protect citizens from having to "foot the bill" for companies that come into a community and burden the citizenry while making huge profits. I am a strong believer of local control, and I think it's completely possible for state regulations to be in place without usurping the authority of municipalities. Legislation must be enforceable and effective without being overburdening.

The cost of living. I will address it by renegotiating, renewing policies that where put in place to help maintain a cap on our electric bills..
Voter ID is necessary to protect everyone..
If the commonwealth cannot reach a decision when the budget is up for discussion, then it must distribute last years same dollar amount until a decision implementing new programs and cost have been decided on.
No, municipalities must take charge of their community. They must protect our water and land. They must provide their own regulations and restrictions or these data center corporations will I’ll take over.
