Affordability! Families and small businesses are struggling with higher costs on all fronts. Cutting taxes and regulations aggressively is the best way State government can address this pressing issue.

All State legislators need to forfeit their pay and benefits. After June 30th all reimbursement to our elected officials should cease till the budget is passed.
This is a tough one. Legally it is difficult to enact laws controlling Data Centers specifically. We must be careful not to over regulate other industries. MPC Act 247 was created 58 years old. A complete overhaul is needed. Its a one size fits all. a Municipal issues and needs are very different in Potter County versus Lancaster County. The local Municipalities need a revamped "toolbox" to effectively address all land use and development issues. Regulations concerning the impact of Data Centers need to be done on the local level.
