The Revolutionary Founders who created our Constitution created a nonviolent way to remove executives who may be unfit for office through the Impeachment Clause. To uphold my oath of office as US Representative for Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District means that I must hold accountable those members of the executive branch who have committed crimes by violating the Emoluments Clause, committing illegal war and humanitarian crimes, abusing power by inciting violence including murder, calling for the execution of Members of Congress, illegally kidnapping, detaining, and removing US residents, migrants, and asylum-seekers to foreign prisons, defying court orders, illegally impounding funds, threatening judges, and usurping other powers.
The United States played a critical role during and after WWII, fostering strong relationships with trusted Allies and eventually co-founding the United Nations. It is the duty of Congress to maintain peace and defend our Democracy by: supporting Democracies abroad, overseeing foreign assistance, promoting diplomacy, sanctioning enemies, their industries, and/or their individuals, prioritizing international cooperation, advocating human rights, challenging the executive branch on war powers, defending relationships with trusted Allies despite executive souring, overseeing the State Department, countering misinformation, emphasizing national security, limiting unilateral military action, and managing fair trade.
The USA needs a national healthcare plan. Every American deserves excellent, affordable, and accessible healthcare. As our US Representative of Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District, I pledge to: - Enshrine into federal law a national healthcare program so that all of our treatments and preventative care are covered, no matter our age, employment status, sex, gender expression, pre-existing condition, economic status, marital status, race, color, creed, religion, political party, or education level. - Expand the footprint of quality licensed healthcare, including maternity care and pediatric services, especially in rural areas. - Impeach members of the executive branch who do not support evidence-based science.

The most pressing issues facing our District center on the rising cost of living and the need to continue strengthening our national security. Families are struggling with high inflation, expensive groceries, and unaffordable housing, largely driven by excessive government spending and poor fiscal discipline. Congress must support President Trump’s America First agenda by reducing spending, cutting unnecessary regulations, and promoting energy independence to lower costs. At the same time, our national security remains critical—both at the southern border and globally. Strengthening border enforcement, supporting law enforcement, and maintaining a strong military are essential to protect citizens and preserve stability.
Congress has a clear constitutional duty to check the executive branch and prevent overreach. Oversight ensures that laws are faithfully executed and that unelected bureaucracies do not expand beyond their authority. This includes holding hearings, demanding transparency, and using budgetary control to limit wasteful spending. Unlike the prior administration, the Trump administration has been transparent and forthright with Congress and has taken a lead in rooting out wasteful spending.
Congress plays a vital role in shaping foreign policy by providing a constitutional check on the executive while ensuring America’s interests come first. I am a strong believer that our nation should promote peace through strength by supporting a strong military, backing key allies, and deterring adversaries like Iran, Russia and China. At the same time, it must avoid unnecessary foreign entanglements and ensure taxpayer dollars are used wisely. The focus should be on national sovereignty, security, and advancing policy that is truly America First.
To make healthcare more accessible and affordable, we must empower patients; incentivize life-saving American innovation; ensure price transparency; eliminate unnecessary middlemen; and resist ideological attempts to force every American into a one-size-fits-all government-run healthcare system.
