I have been an Ohio Attorney for almost 39 years. I have been a Judge for over 5 years. Before being elected in 2020, I was a civil rights attorney for 23 years and a Legal Aid attorney for 9 years.

I've served as a Judge for 5+ years, managing dockets including criminal, civil, Mental Health Court, and Commercial cases. I've handled 6,600+ cases and 100+ trials. Prior, I dedicated 23 years to civil rights law and 9 years to Legal Aid clients.
1. To improve Community Safety through effective probation supervision. In 5 years, 86% of those I sentenced to probation have succeeded. 2. To expand the Court’s mediation service by adding trained mediators and expediting access. I refer all consumer debt cases to mediation to reduce costs and reach settlements faster. 3. To improve the Court’s Technology by upgrading courtroom audio/video systems, case management, and data collection so the Court can increase transparency and efficiency.
