The clerk maintains docket and minute books, is the keeper of the records, prepares hearing dockets, provides deputy clerks for all court hearings, maintains financial records, collects court costs, fines, and bonds, appoints attorneys as ordered by the court, prepares orders for Juvenile court, and administers trust fund awards for minors and other trust accounts as ordered by the court.
