The judicial system currently faces numerous challenges in terms of high caseloads and constraints on resources. In my opinion, these challenges make the selection of an experienced candidate critical.
Prior to beginning my service on the bench as a Magistrate Judge over two years ago, I spent approximately 15 years in private practice. I have handled all types of cases that come before Hamilton Superior Court 3 both as an attorney and a judicial officer. I have developed a reputation for maintaining a calm and efficient courtroom and for adjudicating cases in a fair and swift manner. I believe that my experience makes me the right choice for the position, and that I will be ready to serve in the role on day one.
