Years in an elected position 3 years as a Precinct Committeewoman of the Republican Party, 2 yers as a Delegate of the Republican Party. 5 years as Vice Chair & Treasury of PTA School board 1990-1995.
Transparency – As a county government, we must prioritize transparency with our constituents. Open, honest, and proactive communication is essential to rebuilding and sustaining public trust throughout Lake County.

Technology – The county must fully embrace modern technology to move decisively into the 21st century. By digitizing processes and streamlining procedures, we can improve accessibility, enhance service delivery, and create a more efficient government for both residents and employees.

Transformation – Meaningful transformation requires a commitment to eliminating waste, reducing duplication of responsibilities, and improving operational efficiency. By implementing cross-training programs, developing practical job aids, and conducting quarterly training initiatives across departments, we can shorten wait times, strengthen workforce capability, and deliver more responsive and effective services to our community.
25 plus years on the corporate sector in administration & accounting. Internal and External Audits research team require Mars Controls in place to adhere to process and procedures according to law.
Cross training of job functions, SOP of each job and its duties (SOP-Standard Operating Procedures). Upgrade Technology to streamline services saving administrative costs.
