Vanderburgh County Assessor
The Office of the Vanderburgh County Assessor is responsible for providing uniform and accurate assessments for all taxable property within the county in accordance with Indiana law. Taxable property includes land and commercial properties, often referred to as real property or real estate, and fixed assets owned by businesses, often referred to as personal property. Property assessments performed by the Assessor are used to determine the Vanderburgh County property taxes owed by individual taxpayers.

I am a certified Level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser and have more than 15 years of experience serving as County Assessor. I am committed to serving the taxpayers of Vanderburgh County and to fairness in assessments.
My priorities are to continue making strides in assessment uniformity while navigating legislative changes. I am committed to providing taxpayers with top quality customer service while helping them understand their assessments.
