Issues in this Office are dealt with as they occur not ignored. My effort has always been, and will continue to be: Continue to maintain my Court docket holding trials in a timely manner as per Statute, Control the budget responsibly and Conduct the business of the Office in a fair and impartial manner treating all citizens with dignity and respect.
My philosophy is Everyone who comes in my Office and in my Court is allowed to tell their story and know they are heard. Rulings are made according to Law and Facts of the Case, thru testimony, not on opinion, emotion or outside knowledge.
