Potter - County Commissioner Precinct 4

A County Commissioner has broad policy-making authority as a member of the County's Commissioners Court, and oversees services in his or her precinct such as road and bridge maintenance and construction. The board of commissioners functions as the county's primary legislative and policy-making body. Most boards also control county land usage, oversee environmental issues, and possess executive powers, meaning they have the authority to appoint or remove departmental heads.
