I will be introducing and voting on bills that represent the interests of the people of Conway in District 56. I will be creating new laws, modifying, or updating existing laws. State laws have to uphold the state constitution.
I am in my second term as Faulkner County's Representative to the State Republican Committee and serve on the Second Congressional District Committee. For 7 years I served as a District Executive for the Quapaw Area Council, BSA. Each Executive has a volunteer district committee with seven subcommittees. My last year with the Quapaw Area Council I had over 70 volunteers on the district committee leading over 400 unit level volunteers who made sure that Scouting happened for over 1,000 youth. I was the managing partner for my families restaurant, Frank Brannan's Drive In for 5 years. I do understand the issues small businesses deal with on a daily basis and how to lead committees and employees.
Faith in God & freedom to worship are foundational to our way of life. Life is sacred and must be protected at every stage. Government should be limited, efficient, and accountable to the people. Lower taxes, private property, and individual liberty fuel economic growth and personal success. The right to bear arms is not negotiable.
