Education/Degrees University of Houston Police Academy, Master Peace Officer
I trained at the University of Houston Police Academy and have served as a Texas Peace Officer since 1992. I’m a small-business owner, former general manager of a $52M company, licensed Realtor, and Sugar Land City Council member (2020–2025). I understand rules, budgets, and people—and will apply fair, consistent judgment as Justice of the Peace.
The most pressing issues in the Precinct 3 JP office are mental-health warrant responsiveness and effective docket management. Our community needs a Justice of the Peace who acts quickly, especially when families and officers face urgent mental-health crises. I will streamline response procedures, improve coordination with hospitals and law enforcement, and ensure cases move efficiently and fairly. As a conservative leader, I will protect our community with accountability, integrity, and common-sense justice.
