The District Attorney represents the State in cases of asset forfeiture, bond forfeitures, juvenile matters, and protective orders. Term of office: 4 years.

I answer to Fort Bend County families. I'm running to make Fort Bend County safer using proven experience, local values, and a commitment to justice that serves OUR community.
2. Reduce case backlogs, eliminate unnecessary case dismissals, and ensure swift prosecution that delivers certain consequences for criminal behavior.
I have served as a trial attorney for over 35 years in Texas. I started my legal career as a prosecutor in Harris County and then transitioned to private practice where my focus has been in both criminal defense and civil litigation. I have been Board Certified in Criminal Law since 1995 and am AV Preeminent rated from Martindale-Hubbard which is a peer-reviewed distinction for an attorney.
