I’ve served on Leander City Council and on multiple city boards and commissions, I work as a data analyst, and bring experience in civic service, infrastructure, and community collaboration.
Growth is inevitable but must be managed responsibly. I support aligning projects with our comprehensive plan, prioritizing upgrades to roads, water, and public safety, and strong asset management so existing residents aren’t overburdened. Traffic management must be done in collaboration with our schools and school district to address increasing daily congestion.
I support proactive infrastructure planning, water conservation, and asset management to protect our water supply and treatment systems. This includes investing in system upgrades, ensuring redundancy and resiliency, and working with regional partners and utilities to provide reliable, affordable water and energy as Leander continues to grow.
Local voices matter most, but we must operate within state and federal law. I believe in advocating strongly for Leander’s needs, seeking flexibility where possible, and working collaboratively with state and federal partners to meet mandates without losing local priorities or control.
By improving communication, transparency, and follow-through. I support clear public reporting, accessible city leadership, and timely responses to resident concerns. Using data and performance metrics, we can track issues, hold departments accountable, and ensure residents know their voices are heard and acted upon, building trust and stronger community engagement.
Increasing traffic congestion, road safety - especially in school zones - and transportation are critical challenges as Leander grows. I plan to address this by collaborating with the school district, investing in road improvements, and using data-driven planning to reduce congestion while maintaining safety and quality of life for all residents.
20+ years of leadership in operations and technology, serve on Leander’s Economic Development Committee, and am known for problem solving, collaboration, and a strong commitment to our community.
Growth must match Leander’s capacity. Many infrastructure projects are underway, with more to come. I support the need for strong forecasts, accurate modeling, and clear timelines, paired with good communication so residents understand our needs, costs, and progress. Growth should fund infrastructure, protect neighborhoods, and deliver benefits, not burdens.
I support expanding water supply, improving redundancy, and strengthening conservation and planning. I would also support exploring more long term solutions such as ASR, or Aquifer Storage and Recovery. For energy, we must work with utilities to harden critical systems and protect essential services. Clear communication and resilience planning will keep homes and businesses reliable.
Local voices should guide Leander’s future, and I will work to keep decisions close to home. When state or federal mandates apply, I will advocate for flexibility, clear communication, and timelines that fit our needs, while meeting requirements in a way that protects our community’s priorities.
Leander needs a vision, a brand, and a storyline residents can get behind. When we share the same understanding of our challenges and direction, many concerns are easier to address. Responsiveness improves through clear communication, good data, and open timelines that show where we are headed and how the community can help. I will always support clearer communication and alignment.
Leander needs more destinations where residents can spend time. I want Old Town and Northline to grow into vibrant community assets. I will support development plans, infrastructure improvements, and business partnerships that help these areas activate and succeed.
