An elected school board member serves a three-year term. The school board represents the concerns of citizens, taxpayers and parents to the school administrators, and represents the needs of the students and school district to citizens, taxpayers and parents. The school board does not operate the district on a day-to-day basis; that is the job of the superintendent (the district’s chief executive). Rather, the school board sets policies, goals and objectives for the district, and holds the superintendent responsible for implementing those policies and goals. Education is Priority
I love my community! I love my school district. I love the things our students is shown in the school district and how the historical bro of LAWNSIDE history is shown throughout the school. I love the things I have done in the community by annual trunk or treat, tree lighting, snack with Santa just to name a few. I will continue to get the job done and fight for our students in our school district.

I would continue to encourage the teachers to keep doing a wonderful job they are doing to improve our test scores and also administrative team continue the great work.
We have to continue to pay attention to everything around us and keep our babies safe day to day.
